Jean Kelosis

MILLBURY – Jean C. Kelosis, 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, May 1st at Life Care Center of Auburn.

Jean was a resident of Millbury, Shrewsbury and Palm Bay, Florida. She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, John Kelosis. Jean graduated from St. Mary’s in 1947 as the class valedictorian and worked for many years at the Worcester Superior courthouse.

Jean leaves behind her 5 children; Richard Kelosis and his wife Patricia of Melbourne Florida, Paula and her husband Stephen Ducharme of Sutton, Cynthia Kelosis of Worcester, Jack Kelosis and his wife Brenda of Millbury and Drew Kelosis of Worcester as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jean was predeceased by her brother, Richard Rudzinski of Rhode Island.

Jean will be remembered for her vivacious personality, witty sense of humor and infectious love of life.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Life Center Auburn for their outstanding care and compassion during Jean’s residency there.

Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation on Wednesday, May 5th from 9 to 10 am in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury.

Jean’s Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 am in St. Brigid Church, 59 N. Main Street in Millbury. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester.
