Jeannette Bleau

November 16, 1910 — January 24, 2008

MILLBURY - Jeannette R. (Gagnon) Bleau, 97, of Carleton Road, died Thursday, Jan. 24th in her home.

Her husband, Joseph H. Bleau died in 1986. She leaves two sons, Gerald J. Bleau of Millbury, with whom she lived and Robert A. Bleau of California; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother, Arthur Gagnon of Leicester; four sisters, Irene Jolicoeur of Westborough, Yvette Jolicoeur of Worcester, Rose Wilga of Webster and Rita Laboeuf of North Attleboro. Jeannette was born in Worcester and predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Rose (Turcotte) Gagnon; a daughter, June G. Cote, a sister, Doris Largenese and a brother, Raymond Gagnon.

Mrs. Bleau was a Dietary Aid at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester before retiring in the early 1970's. Previously she worked at Grosvner Shoe in Worcester.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Jan. 29th from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid's Cemetery. Calling hours are 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29th in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Care Network, Inc. Development Office 120 Thomas Street Worcester, MA 01608-1280.
