SUTTON – John Paul Finacom, 18, died Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
He leaves his parents, Thomas J. and Mary (DesJardins) Finacom; a sister, Megan E. Finacom; his maternal grandmother, Marion (Reidy) DesJardins of Dudley; his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth (Gearin) Finacom of Sturbridge; his beloved girlfriend, Kimberly Perreault of Blackstone; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his grandparents Paul DesJardins and Edward G. Finacom. He graduated from Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School this year.
John was a kind, charming and loving person who is loved by many. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and especially his girlfriend. John lit up a room with his beautiful smile and was a joy to be around. He will be missed by everyone that was lucky enough to have met him.
John's funeral will be held Wednesday, Sept. 7 th with a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mark's Church, 356 Boston Rd. in Sutton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept 6 th in the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. The family respectfully requests that those attending the Funeral Mass go directly to the church and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the John Paul Finacom Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of Millbury Federal Credit Union, 50 Main St., Millbury Ma. 01527.
