MILLBURY / LEESBURG, FL – Karen A. (Capistron) Remuck, 62, pasted away Sunday, February 26, 2012 in her home in Leesburg, surrounded by her family, after a short illness.
She leaves her husband of 45 years, Thomas L. Remuck; seven children, Scott T., Michael J., Timothy J., Mark W., Kevin A. Remuck and Jessie L. Brownell all of Millbury, JoAnn J. Narkawicz of Grand Island, FL; a brother, Thomas N. Capistron of Sutton; two sisters, Tina M. DesJardins of CT and Nancy M. Dulmaine of Millbury and 16 grandchildren. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, Joseph O. and Anna M. (Norris) Capistron and two brothers, Peter and Joseph Capistron.
Karen was a devoted mother and after raising her children she became a floral manager at Price Chopper in Worcester. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, crafts and gardening.
Karen's funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 2nd in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 1st in the funeral home. Burial will be West Millbury Cemetery in Millbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
