February 28, 1969 — April 2, 2002

MILLBURY - Kimberly A. (Leland) Moore, 33, of 4 Oakview Dr., died Tuesday, April 2, in Brigham and WomenTM)s Hospital, Boston, after a long battle with cancer.

She leaves her husband, Kevin R. Moore; a daughter, Kristina A. Leland of Charlton; her mother, Sandra L. (Barker) Leland Lacharite and her step-father, Richard E. Lacharite of Worcester; her father, Paul M. Leland of Ill.; her paternal grandparents, John and Barbara (Smith) Leland of Silver Springs, Fl.; two brothers, Paul J. Leland of Ill. and Mark J. Lacharite of Chicopee; a sister, Piper L. Lacharite of Holyoke; nephews and nieces. She was born and lived in Worcester and moved to Millbury five years ago. She graduated from South High Community School and attended Quinsigamond Community College and Becker Junior College all in Worcester.

Mrs. Moore was a secretary and receptionist at the Carson Center for TBI until her illness.

She was a life member of Hadwen Park Congregational Church in Worcester where she taught Sunday School and served on the Christian Education Committee.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 7 in the Hadwen Park Congregational Church, 6 Clover St., Worcester. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 6, in Mulhane Home for Funerals, www.mulhane.com ., 45 Main St.. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Organ Renovation Project of the Hadwen Park Congregational Church, 6 Clover St. Worcester, 01603.
