MILLBURY Larry F. Army, 64, of 80 McCracken Rd., died Tuesday, Jan. 31st in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, after being stricken ill at home.
He leaves his wife of 37 years, Elizabeth Ann (Kelly) Army; two daughters, Teresa L. Army and Christina L. Army both of Millbury; a brother, Wesley Army of Millbury; two sisters, Gail, wife of Earl Matthews of Millbury and Elaine Berthiaume of Auburn; several nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by a brother, Donald J. Army. He was born in Millbury, son of Napoleon J. and Delia (Chase) Army.
Mr. Army was foreman-supervisor for the Highway Department of the Town of Millbury, where he worked for 36 years, retiring in 2003. He was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church. He attended Millbury schools and graduated from Commerce High School in Worcester.
His calling hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3rd in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. At the familyTM)s request his funeral Mass and burial will be private.
