MILLBURY Lillian L. (Sztuba) Moore, 70, of 8 Carousel Dr., died Tuesday, Feb. 15th in the Hospice of Naples, in Florida.
Her husband, William F. Moore died in 1995. She leaves, two daughters, Patricia Haley of Naples, Florida and Kathleen Cullen of Methuen; a son, William Moore of Millbury; three grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by two brothers, Casmir and Joseph Sztuba and a sister, Sandra Lavallee. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Casmir and Anna (Szczygielska) Sztuba and has lived in Millbury for many years. She graduated from Quinsigamond Community College and from Nichols College, with an MBA degree.
Mrs. Moore was self-employed for many years as a business partner with her husband William Moore. As a Registered Nurse she opened the first Adult Day Health Center in Massachusetts. She then worked as a Registered Nurse at the Worcester State Hospital, until she retired in 1997. She loved spending her winters in Naples, Florida
Her funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 21 from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20th, in the funeral home.
