Lois worked at State Mutual Life Insurance Co. and the Worcester State Hospital as a nursing assistant. Lois was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed many years of playing bingo at St. Stephen's Church and the Millbury Senior Center. Lois, who was affectionately known as LoLo by her family and friends, enjoyed her days at the Millbury Senior Center and the Summit Elder care on Grafton St.
LoLo taught her many family and friends lessons, but the most important was to treat each day like it is a gift. She always lit up the room with her bright smile and contagious laugh. The family would like to thank the caregivers from Blackstone Valley Health Care and the Summit Elder Care.
Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activity Fund of Summit Elder Care Services of 1369 Grafton St. Worcester, Ma 01604, or the Friends of the Millbury Senior, 1River St. Millbury, MA 01527.
