Louise Lebel

MILLBURY – Louise Marie Lebel, 65, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 29th with her family by her side.

Louise leaves her husband of 43 years, Ken Lebel; four children, Justin O’Keefe and his wife Laura and their children Curtis, Caden and Raeya all of Worcester, Michael Lebel and his wife Tracy and their children Caden and Ava all of Milford, Timothy Lebel and his wife Shannon and their children Logan, Lincoln and Landon all of Clinton and Tara Lebel-Davis and her husband Ray and their son Edward all of Oxford; her parents John “Jack” and Louise O’Keefe of Millbury.

Louise was born in Worcester and grew up in Millbury, where she attended the Millbury School’s.  She loved to bake and cook for family and friends, and she enjoyed tending to her flowers and plants inside and outside the house and just making her house a home.

Louise loved spending time with family, her grandchildren and friends but most of all with her lifelong companion, her husband.  Whenever you saw one you saw the other.  They often spent time on their motorcycle, which Louise loved, touring the New England countryside on weekends with her soul mate and other friends in the motorcycle community.  Louise was always up for a new adventure.  Enjoyed dining out, vacationing on the Maine coast and just spending time by the sea and Dunkin Donuts coffee, along with a donut.

Louise married her lifelong companion, soul mate, best friend and high school sweetheart in 1979 and over the years through thick and thin, good or bad this one tough Irish woman never let anything bring her down.  She just loved life and always had a smile on her face and just a joy to be with and Louise will be truly missed and our love for her will forever live on.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate and remember Louise’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Thursday Oct. 6th from 4 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury.
