Lucille M. (LaPan) Danahy, 73, formerly of Millbury, died Sunday, July 20th after a long illness.
Lucille leaves her husband of 51 years, Ronald H. Danahy; a daughter, Denise Cerkan of FL; two grandchildren, Ashley and Heather and one great granddaughter, Hayleigh; three brothers, John LaPan of Worcester, William LaPan and Robert LaPan both of Millbury; one sister, Barbara Record of Auburn; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a son, Michael J. Danahy; a brother, Arthur LaPan and a sister, Shirley Belliveau.
Lucille was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and she enjoyed playing bingo, reading books, crossword puzzles and ceramics.
Lucille's calling hours will be held on Friday, July 25th from 5 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, July 26th with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main Street in Millbury. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
