MILLBURY - Lucille E. (Gagnon) Englehart, 63, of 72 MacArthur Dr., died Friday, Jan. 25, in her home after a long battle with cancer.
Her husband, Richard M. Englehart Sr. died in 1992. She leaves three sons, Edward J. Englehart and Richard M. Englehart Jr. both of Millbury and Merrill J. Englehart II of Worcester; three daughters, Corinne E. Englehart of Worcester, Jo-Ann M. Dunn of Rutland and Velma R. McNamara of Millbury; three sisters, Marie Belisle of South Grafton, Pauline Shilinsky of Worcester and Helen Boucher of Baldwinville; seven grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Edward and Albertine (Reniere) Gagnon and lived in South Grafton before moving to Millbury in 1976.
Mrs. Englehart was a receptionist and did volunteer work at the Providence House Nursing Home of Millbury before she retired. She previously worked at GorettiTM)s Supermarket for 10 years. She also did volunteer work at different elder agencies.
She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Worcester.
A funeral will be held Monday, Jan. 28, from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 8:30 to 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, Ma. 01701..
