MILLBURY Lynda A. (Petka) Snow, 52, of 43 Riverlin St., died Sunday, Oct.30th, after a two year battle with cancer.
She leaves her husband, Robert M. Snow; a son, Joshua M. Snow of Dedham; a daughter, Colby D. Barrows of Foxboro; a granddaughter, Emily G. Barrows; three brothers, Donald R. Petka of Oxford, Mitchell M. Petka Jr. of New Jersey and Stanley J. Petka of Webster; two sisters, Dorothy A. Murray and Sandra M. Beique both of Sutton. She also leaves her two dogs, Riley and Simon. She is predeceased by her parents, Mitchell M. and Gladys A. (LaCoy) Petka.
Lynda was a local artisan and craftperson that owned and operated Simple Things in Millbury for the past six years. She previously was a nurseTM)s aid at Radius Health Care and the former Pine Grove Villa Nursing Home, both in Millbury. She was an avid gardener.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2nd from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1st, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to VNA Care Network, Inc.
