Marion Saucier

MILLBURY – Marion C. (Ferraro) Saucier, 87, passed away peacefully in St. Vincent Hospital on Wednesday, May 11th. She was a resident of Dodge Park Rest Home in Worcester, the family would like to thank the staff for their wonderful care of Marion.

Marion’s husband of 47 years, David W.L. Saucier passed in 2001.  She leaves four children, David M. Saucier of Plainfield, CT, Regina M. Saucier-Bjork and her husband, Peter of Worcester, Paula J. Saucier and her husband, David Dick of Southbridge and Mary J. Saucier and her husband, Ivan Cockrum of Seattle; three grandchildren and a step-grandson; five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  She was born is Worcester, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Belsito) Ferraro.  She is also predeceased by five brothers, Anthony, Richard, Francis, Joseph and Paul.

Marion worked as a bookkeeper at Big Discount and Price Chopper for many years. She enjoyed reading and most of all she loved to take care of her children and grandchildren.

Marion’s funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 16th at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 N. Main Street in Millbury.  Those attending the Mass are asked to go directly to the church. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery, Millbury.
