MILLBURY – Mark S. Lavallee, 55, passed away suddenly after being stricken ill on Sunday, June 17th in the hospital with his family by his side.
Mark leaves four sons and eight grandchildren: Christopher and his partner Jennifer Hurley of Brookfield and their daughter Austyn. Matthew and his wife Christina of Auburn and their two sons Ethan and Noah. Craig and his wife Jaclyn of Sutton and their three sons, Camden, Tucker, and Ezra; Derrick and his fiancée Brenna Welch of Millbury and their two children, daughter Jaelynn and son Jackson. He is also is survived by his ex-wife, Jane Lavallee of Worcester, two sisters and a brother. He is predeceased by his late Mother, Patricia.
Mark loved everything about the ocean, including spending summers with his family at the beach and fishing out on the water. Mark also enjoyed football which he spent his time either playing, coaching, or watching and going to Patriots games with his sons and family. Mark passed on his love for dogs and his value of hard work to his sons. He would often be found working outside around the yard and house with his dogs by his side. Mark’s infectious laugh, sense of humor, and big heart will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
Family and friends will honor and remember Mark’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Friday, June 29th from 4 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals located at 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.
His funeral service will follow the visitation at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
