MILLBURY Marshall A. Russell, 82, of 6 Brightside Ave., died Saturday, Nov. 19th in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of sixty years, Dorothy M. (Auger) Russell; a son, Marshall A. Russell Jr. of Millbury; two daughters, Phyllis A. Lucason of New York and Marsha M. Lemoine of Millbury; a brother, Kenneth Russell of Sutton; two sisters, Josephine Sawyer of West Virginia and Louise Leary of Millbury; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was born in Millbury, son of George H. and Josephine O. (Webber) Russell. He is predeceased by four brothers, George, Roland, Albert and Harold Russell and a sister, Evelyn Germain.
Mr. Russell was a forger at Buck Brothers Inc. for 54 years, retiring in 1993. He was a special officer for the town of Millbury for 25 years.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, Nov. 22nd from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 1 p.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 10 Waters St., Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. A calling hour will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22nd in the funeral home. In lieu memorial contributions may be made to the Renovation Fund of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 12 Waters St., Millbury.
