SUTTON - Mary E. Vannatter, 64, died Wednesday, May 18th after being stricken ill at home.
Mary leaves behind her lifelong friend, Elaine Brehio of Sutton; Jennifer de De Mora, her husband, Luis and their two children, Gabriela and Sophia of Sutton; two cousins, Maureen Armstrong and Mary Roberts, both of England and everyone in the extended Brehio family. She is predeceased by her father, Chester William Higgins, mother Eileen (McClelland) Vannatter and stepfather, Roy Vannatter.
Mary was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era. She was a strong woman with a great heart and a beautiful, generous spirit.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 25th at 10 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, 356 Boston Road in Sutton. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
