Maureen A. Baker, 65, went home to Jesus and loved ones on Saturday, February 23, 2013 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester surrounded by her loving family.
Maureen leaves two sisters, Margaret Mary Dupuis and her husband, Richard of Millbury and Patricia Ann Watters and her husband John of Millbury, with whom she lived and cared by; a brother, Charles F. Baker, Jr. and his wife, Shirley of Florida; twelve nieces and nephews, Gina, Mark, Anthony, Sandy, Eric, Charles, Shawn, John, Christopher, Charlie, Alex and Marirose; seven great nieces and nephews; two close friends, Mary Ballotte and Janelle Haynes both of Worcester. She is predeceased by her parents, Charles and Mary (Paladino) Baker.
She loved to play bingo, shopping, going to flea markets, traveling, going out to eat, day trips, going to the beach. Most of all Maureen loved to spending time and trips with her nieces and nephews who she cherished.
Maureen's funeral Mass and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals in Millbury will be assisting the family with the arrangements. The family asks to please omit flowers and memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
