Neal Thomas

Neal R. Thomas, 63, died Friday, June 17th in St. Francis Home and Rehabilitation Center, with his wife by his side.
He leaves his wife of 38 years, Susan A. (Magnant) Thomas; a brother, Robert F. Thomas and his wife, Donna of Sharpsburg, GA; two sisters, Marcia M. Landingham and her husband, Kip of Grafton and Victoria A. Howard of Worcester; seven nieces and nephews, Ryan, Marc and Katie Thomas, Rachel and Maria Landingham, Christopher Howard and Elizabeth O'Callahan; a sister-in-law, Linda M. Magnant; a cousin, Ken Thomas of Sutton. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his parents, Richard A. and Doris (Trzcinski) Thomas and a sister, Linda M. Thomas.
Neal was a musician for 40 years, playing semi-professional with several local bands. He would enjoy entertaining family and friends with his love of music. He once played in St. Martin while on vacation 13 years ago. Neal worked at several manufacturing companies until his retirement.
Neal's funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 22nd in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Millbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 450, Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215-5450.
