Normand Raymond

Auburn - Normand E. “Moose” Raymond, 89, died Thursday, June 16th at the Jewish Healthcare Center.

His first wife, Jacqueline J. (Brennen) Raymond, died in 2000 and his 2nd wife, Isabelle M. (Barry) Raymond died in 2018. He was predeceased by his parents, Celestin and Yvonne (Valliancourt) Raymond and a stepson, Robert Barry.

Normand leaves two daughters, Kathryn Raymond and Janet Bergeron married to Brian, and two sons, David married to Carole and Russell married to Clara. He leaves two stepdaughters, Ellen Wenner married to Douglas and Nancy Ford married to Dan and a step daughter- in-law Sue Barry; many grandchildren and great grandchildren who called him “Pep.”

Normand worked as a machinist at Tupperware Company and Parker Metal. He loved nature and music. He was an avid gardener and woodworker.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Normand’s life by gathering for his Funeral Mass to be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23rd at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main Street, Oxford. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in South Grafton. Memorial contributions made be made to the American Heart Association at: www.heart.org
