MILLBURY- Oscar T. Kronberg, 103, formerly of West Main St., died Thursday, May 18th in Millbury HealthCare Center.
His wife, Ina E. (Laurin) Mogren Kronberg died in 1978. He leaves his family, Randolph G. Mogren Jr. and his wife Audrey of Millbury, Lois Deblois of Tivertin, RI. Virginia wife of Chris Pano of Worcester and Carol Sampson of Worcester; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. He was born in Hudson, son of Axel and Bina (Hanson) Kronberg.
Oscar worked at Whitins Machine Works for many years, retiring in 1968. He was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Worcester.
His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 22nd in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Emanuel Lutheran Church, 200 Greenwood St., Worcester, MA 01607.
