WEST MELBOURNE, FL - Patricia R. (Faron) McCullough, formerly of Millbury, MA, died November 15, 2010 at her home in West Melbourne, surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 14, 1949 in Skowhegan, Maine to Edward and Juliette Y. (Bilodeau) Faron. Pat grew up in Millbury, Massachusetts, and attended Millbury Memorial High School where she graduated in 1967. Pat moved to Melbourne, Florida with her two sons from Millbury in January 1980. Pat worked at Intersil (aka Harris Semiconductor) for over 30 years. Pat developed many special relationships and bonds with people in her professional career but no relationship was more important to her than the one she had with her family and her five grandchildren. When Pat was not working, she could always be found picking her grand kids up from school, watching their baseball, soccer, and basketball games or attending swim meets. She was their biggest fan!!! Pat also loved to travel and enjoyed cruises, the beach, and spending time on Cape Cod where she had planned to spend part of her retirement.
She is survived by her sons, Steven M. McCullough and his wife, Pamela and Scott P. McCullough and his wife, Christine all of West Melbourne, her mother, Juliette Y. (Bilodeau) Faron of West Melbourne; her brothers, G. Michael Faron and his wife, Paula of Dudley, MA and Tim Faron and his wife Gail of Worcester, MA; grandchildren, Ryan, Kaleigh, Emily, Joshua and Matthew McCullough. She was preceded in death by her father Edward and her brother Peter E. Faron, her best friend in whole wide world!
A private memorial service and burial for the family will be held in Millbury, Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers the family requests a charitable donation be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701 or the Primary Peritoneal Cancer Foundation, www.primaryperitonealcancer.org .
