Paul Jandron

MILLBURY – Paul J. Jandron, 76, died Wednesday, Feb. 17th in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

He leaves his wife of 50 years, Ann V. (Laukaitis) Jandron; aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada, sister in laws and brother in laws, nephews and nieces locally. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his parents, John and Marie (Sampson) Jandron.

Paul worked for the U.S. Postal Service at the Millbury Post Office for 10 years, retiring in 1998. Previously he worked at Crompton & Knowles in Worcester. He was an Air Force veteran during the Korean War and was a member of the Dudley-Gendron American Legion Post in Sutton and the Greendale Retired Men's Club. He was an avid golfer and his golf buddies were Paul DiCicco, Dave Cofske and Brian Turbitt. He got a hole-in-one playing golf at Heritage Country Club in Charlton. He enjoyed traveling and spending his Winters at Myrtle Beach.

His funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 22nd from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Millbury. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21st in the funeral home.
