OXFORD - Peter D. Pipione, 67, of 14-11 Thayer Pond Dr., North Oxford, died Sunday, Sept. 2, in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester.
He leaves his wife, Evelyn (White) Kozash Pipione; a daughter, Lisa Pipione of Danvers; a step-son, Gene D. Kozash of Manassas Park, Virginia; two step-daughters, Cindy Byram of Bristol, Ct. and April Eugin of Turners Falls; six step-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was born in Montague son of Peter and Mary (Engerman) Pipione and lived in Florence before moving to North Oxford three years ago. He graduated from Greenfield High School.
Mr. Pipione was an automobile detailer for Cernak Buick in Easthampton for ten years, retiring in 1998. Previously he owned his own business detailing vehicles.
The funeral will be held Thursday, Sept. 6, from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigids Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the funeral home.
