Phyllis Anyon

SUTTON – Phyllis A. (Wrightson) Anyon, 78, died Tuesday, Sept. 7th in her home, surrounded by her family.

She leaves her husband of 55 years, Norman R. "Rex" Anyon Sr.; four sons, Michael P. Anyon and his long time companion, Theresa, Norman R. Anyon Jr. and his wife, Brenda, Terrance D. Anyon and his wife, Tammy all of Sutton and John R. Anyon and his wife, Melinda of South Elgin, Chicago; a daughter, Tess DiDonato and her husband, Tony of Dudley; three grandchildren; her twin brother, Philip Wrightson and his wife, Constance of West Yarmouth; many nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, George and Theresa (Danahy) Wrightson, two sons, Brian and Robert Anyon, four brothers and one sister.

Phyllis formerly worked at Harrington & Richardson in Worcester. She enjoyed playing bingo, trips to Foxwoods and was an avid Patriot's fan.

Her funeral will be held Monday, Sept. 13th from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, 356 Boston Rd. in Sutton. Burial will be in Howard Cemetery in Sutton. Calling hours are 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12th in the funeral home.
