WORCESTER Phyllis D. (Dahart) Cullen, 84, formerly of Worcester, died Saturday in Radius HealthCare of Millbury.
Her husband Francis S. Cullen Sr. died in 1979. She leaves, two daughters, Catherine E. Conlon of Yarmouth and Claudia E. Cullen of Worcester; four sons, Timothy W. Cullen of Sunnyvale, Ca., Joel S. Cullen of Millbury, Todd W. Cullen of Dublin, Ohio and Jerome S. Cullen of Odenton, Md.; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. A son F. Stephen Cullen Jr. died in 1994. She was born in Barre, daughter of John R. and Daisy F.(Ward) Dahart.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19th, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activity Fund of Radius HealthCare, 29 Main St., Millbury, Ma. 01527 .
