MILLBURY Rita A. (LaCrosse) Koziara, 91, formerly of Bellville Lane, died Friday, May 26th in Radius HealthCare Center.
Her husband, Joseph A. Koziara, died in 1975. She leaves a son, Joseph A. Koziara Jr. and his wife, Kimberly of Spofford, NH; two brothers, Robert LaCrosse and William "Billy" LaCrosse and a sister, Margaret Stockwell, all of Millbury; 23 grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Millbury, daughter of Edward and Mary (Lynch) LaCrosse. She is predeceased a daughter, Judith Dupre and four brothers, William, Edward, Charles and Donald LaCrosse and seven sisters, Evelyn James, Dorothy Minney, Mable Stockwell, Eleanor Lynn, Elizabeth "Liz" Riedle, Barbara Gary and Bernice Pomerleau.
Mrs. Koziara worked at Bucks Brothers in Millbury and Wire Fab in Worcester for many years before she retired.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, May 30th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 1 p.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 29th in the funeral home.
