MILLBURY Rita S. (Berthiaume) Landry, 77, of 22C Canal St., died Tuesday, Nov. 20th in her home after an illness, surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves her husband of 51 years, Wallace Landry, her husband, her caretaker and her lover; a son, Ted Renauld of Thompson CT and Naples, FL; a daughter, Linda Orstrom of Millbury, her caretaker and love of her life; a son-in-law, James Orstrom Sr. of Millbury; two sisters, Ann Marie wife of Armand R. Daigneault of Worcester and Beverly J. wife of Kenneth I. Schold of Millbury; six grandchildren, James Orstrom Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Whitinsville, Jason Orstrom of Millbury, Justin Orstrom of Millbury, Ryan Renauld of CT, Derek Renauld of Florida and Troy Renauld of Boston; two great grandchildren, Israel Orstrom of Oregon and Tristan Orstrom of Millbury; nephews and nieces; three god-children, David Miller, Mark Berthiaume and Scott Schold. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, Ernest L. and Mary A. (Mahoney) Berthiaume, a sister, Mary A. Day and a brother, Earl Berthiaume.

Mrs. Landry was a past president of the Mixed Couples Bowling League in Auburn and a member of St. BrigidTM)s Parish. Her hobbies were making crafts and she was an avid Red Sox fan. She was employed at Joseph Levitts Co. for 13 years before retiring.

A funeral will be held Saturday, Nov. 24th from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23rd in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury, MA 01527 or to the VNA Care Network, Inc., Hospice Care, Development Office 120 Thomas Street Worcester, MA 01608-1280.
