Robert S. Karsok, 60, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 in his home, after being stricken ill.
Robert's wife of 20 years, Nancy A. (Antaya) Karsok died in 2000. He leaves his two sons, Daniel R. Karsok of Worcester and Joel A. Karsok of Virginia; a daughter, Jessica A. Karsok and her husband, Shawn Froment of Sutton; a grandson, Andrew; many cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Aldona (Dubickas) Karsok.
Robert worked for many years as a construction worker at Traffic Systems of Worcester and St. John's High School in Shrewsbury as a grounds keeper. He enjoyed his garden, cooking, his summer camp in Maine, and most of all he enjoyed being around his family and friends.
Robert's calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 1st from 6 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. His Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 9:30 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hematology-Oncology Department, UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, 55 Lake Ave., Worcester, MA 01605.
