Robert La Force

Robert F. La Force, 78, passed away in his home Thursday, May 12th after a long illness.

Robert leaves his wife of 57 years, Janet R. (Hesselton) La Force; two sons, Robert La Force, Jr. of NC and George La Force of CO; two daughters, Judy Moffeit of SD and Debbie Owens of WA; fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Edna La Pan of Millbury and Barbara Crowton of NJ; many nieces and nephews.

Robert served 10 years in the United States Air Force. He was a quality assurance inspector for the U.S. Army on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Robert enjoyed playing golf, fishing, watching and playing baseball. He also enjoyed to travel in the family motor home, visiting all 50 States in America with his wife Janet.

Roberts Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 22nd at Noon in the Millbury Baptist Church, 17 Main Street in Millbury. A luncheon at the church will follow the service. Burial will be private and there are no calling hours. Donations in Robert's name may be made to the Millbury Baptist Church.
