Robert E. Shea, Jr., 71, died Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester.
Robert leaves his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Rita (Gagliardi) Shea; two sister-in-laws, Mary wife of William Wood of Millbury and Rosemarie wife of Richard DeGaetano of Sutton; Sean Corey of Millbury, who was known as his weekend son. He is predeceased by his parents, Robert E. Sr. and Muriel (Ledoux) Shea and a brother, Michael Shea.
Bob worked for 30 years for DeGaetano Brothers Inc. in Sutton. After retiring he worked for the Sutton Town Hall.
There are no calling hours. A private graveside service will be held at St. Brigid Cemetery in Millbury at the convenience of the family.
