Millbury MA, Naples FL & Sugarland TX – Roberta A. (Till) Bernard passed away peacefully on August 27, 2024 in Sugar Land, Texas.

She was the wife of the late Raymond W. Bernard of Millbury, MA. Roberta leaves her children Michael R. Bernard, Millbury, Raymond M. Bernard, Whitinsville MA, Steven P. Bernard, Richmond, TX, Brenda V. Orlowski of Woodstock CT and Linda J. Plante Oxford MA. Her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, a brother Ralph Till of Oregon and her beloved cat Baby.

Roberta was preceded in death by her son, James R. Bernard of Millbury, and her grandson Dylan S. Bernard as well as her brother James E. Till Jr. and her sister Virginia (Till) Hayward. 

She grew up in Milford MA and was the daughter of the late James E. Till Sr and Olga T.(Kasschau) Till. 

Roberta graduated from Milford High School. Upon graduation Roberta attended and graduated from Ollis Academy in Worcester MA, certified in hairdressing and cosmetology, she worked as a hairdresser for a period of time before meeting and marrying her husband Ray. Roberta relocated to Millbury, MA where she raised her family and owned and operated New Home Builders with her husband for 30 years. They later bought their retirement home in Naples Florida which she absolutely loved and resided for over 18 years. While in Naples she was very well known for her amazing cooking. To help fill her time she worked as a home heath companion. As her health began to decline, she moved to Sugar Land TX to be closer to family where she remained till passing. 

Her services and burial were private, her arrangements were entrusted to Sugar Land Mortuary in Sugar Land TX and Mulhane Home for Funerals, Millbury, MA.
