WORCESTER Roland Abel LaFlash, 42, of 12 Arnold Rd., formerly of Grafton, died Friday, Oct. 13th in Brigham & WomanTM)s Hospital, Boston.
He leaves, a daughter, Brittany R. LaFlash of Hardwick; his father, Roland J. and his wife Natalie LaFlash of Auburn; his mother, Betty M. and her husband, Gary P. Darnell of Melborne, FL; a brother, Christopher M. and his wife, Rhona LaFlash of Melbourne, FL; his fiancee Nena Anthony and seven step-brothers. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Abel and Mary (Parker) Carreiro.
He was foreman and mechanic at Truck Service in Worcester. He was a Navy veteran. He was a wonderful father, a dedicated son and a great brother.
A memorial funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19th, in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals, Millbury is assisting the family with arrangements.
