Russell W. Hamilton, 87, died Friday January 10, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Russell leaves a sister, Shirley V. (Hamilton) Tebo of Millbury; three nieces, Nancy S. Dube of Dudley, Mary A. Golinski of Sarasota, FL and Michelle S. Tebo of Grafton; many great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Annie (Humphrey) Hamilton; four siblings, Lawrence, Walter and George Hamilton, and Olive (Hamilton) Coulter.
Russell belonged to Our Lady of the Assumption Church for over 61 years. He was very active with the Millbury Baptist Church. Russell worked for Felter's Company in Millbury for many years before retiring in 1994.
Russell's calling hours will be held on Monday January 13 from 4 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury.
His Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday January 14 at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home to Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 10 Waters St. in Millbury. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Auburn.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Millbury Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 17 Main Street, Millbury, MA 01527.
