SUTTON i�½ Sandra M. (Petka) Beique, 68, died Sunday July 24, 2011, surrounded by her loving family, in the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence in Worcester.
Her husband, Richard L. Beique died in 1998. She leaves four daughters, Trudy M. Plante of Sutton, Linda M. Beique of Millbury, Diane M. Jacques and her husband, Philip of Sutton, and Sandy M. Michalak of Grafton; eight grandchildren, Brianna Plante, Olivia and R.J. Sumblin, Stephanie Jacques-Riendeau, Thomas and Kadie Jacques and Mikey and Danielle Michalak; three great grandchildren, Jayce, Lukis and Jackson; three brothers, Donald Petka of Oxford, Michael Petka of New Jersey and Stanley Petka of Webster; a sister, Dorothy Murray of Sutton; nephews and nieces. She was born in Sutton and is predeceased by her parents, Mitchell M. and Gladys A. (Lacoy) Petka and a sister, Lynda Snow.
Mrs. Beique was a supervisor at Polyvinyl Films in Sutton where she worked for 41 years. She enjoyed dining out and going to Old Orchard Beach in Maine with her family. Her daughters would like to thank all the nurses that attended to their mother, especially Suzanne Dwinell and all the staff at the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, July 27th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in South Grafton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 26th in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence, 1183 Main St. Worcester, MA 01603.
