Scott A. Gully Sr., 50, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 9th.
Scott leaves his loving wife and best friend of thirty years, Linda J. (Daviau) Gully; three precious children, Scott A. Gully Jr. of Millbury, Richie Daviau and wife Ashley of Millbury, Tiffany Sousa and husband Donny of Dudley. Scott leaves three grandchildren, Donny & Dante Sousa, and soon to arrive Kamryn Daviau. He leaves his sister-in-law Charlene White and husband Michael along with nephews Michael and Anthony; brother-in-law Francis A. Daviau Jr. and niece Candice and nephew Franny. Scott leaves his parents Carol & Paul Gully and a brother Paul Gully Jr. and niece Kristy and nephew David. Scott was loved by many friends including, Steven and Patricia Natupsky, Steve and Cheryl Nickerson, and Adam McKenna. Scott leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, wonderful friends, and his beloved dog Maya.
Scott is preceded by his father-in-law Francis A. Daviau Sr., uncles, James Daviau and John Koza and best friend James Squires.
Scott was a sweet, caring man with a warm heart who loved to make people laugh. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Scott was an avid Boston sports fan with a love for the New England Patriots. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards and watching wrestling. Scott also enjoyed 80’s Rock and Roll, especially the band “The Who.”
Scott was born in Worcester and graduated from Boys Trade in 1985. He was an employee of Coppus Engineering for twenty-five years where he gained many longtime friendships. He most recently worked for Siemens Corporation.
Family and friends will honor and remember Scott’s life by gathering for calling hours on Thursday, Feb. 15th from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
The family request flowers be omitted, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
