MILLBURY - Shane Hanzarak, 15, of 16 West St., died Sunday, June 10, at St. Vincent Hospital, in the Worcester Medical Center, from injuries sustained in a four wheeler recreation vehicle accident in Millbury.
He leaves his father, Stephen A. Hanzarak of Worcester and his mother Heidi L. Wilder of Millbury; a brother, Brett Hanzarak of Millbury; his maternal grandparents, Roger E. and Arlene W. (White) Wilder of Millbury; his paternal grandmother, Theresa (Shemeth) Hanzarak of Worcester; maternal great-grandmother, Eva White of Millbury. aunts, uncles, cousins. His paternal grandfather, Walter Hanzarak died in 1999. He was born in Worcester and has lived here most of his life. He formerly attended Millbury Schools and now attended Blackstone Valley Regional Technical High School in Upton.
He has worked a PuffinTM)s Restaurant for 2 years.
He was a member of the First Congregational Church. He played Pop Warner Football and played Millbury Little League baseball.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 14, in the First Congregational Church, West Main St. Burial will be in Central Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Millbury Lions Club, P.O. Box 385, Millbury, Ma. 01527.
