Shirley Ann (White) Saldana Cotto, 75, formerly of Sutton, died Saturday, Feb. 22nd in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
Her first husband, Francisco Cotto died in 1971 and her second husband, Felix Saladana died in 2000. She leaves seven grandchildren among which is a granddaughter, Ashley Saladana, who lived with Shirley; seven great grandchildren; three siblings, Bernice L. Brown of Milford, June E. Karas and Janice M. Marando and her husband, Barry all of Sutton; a foster daughter, Wendy Millette and her husband Dave of Grafton; nephews and nieces. She was born in Upton and is predeceased by her parents, Ralph S. White Sr. and Dorothy R. (Webster) White a brother, Ralph S. White Jr. and a sister, Joan I. Paquette.
Shirley was a school bus van driver for preschool children in Sutton, before she retired. Her interests were country music, kite shows and traveling. Shirley's family would like to thank Summit Elder Care in Worcester for the friends she meet there and her excellent care.
Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26th in the funeral home. Burial will be in Howard Cemetery in Sutton. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
