MILLBURY – Shirley I. (McKeown) Lagerholm, 79, died Wednesday, Aug. 17th in the Life Care Center of Auburn.
Her husband of 55 years, Earl E. Lagerholm Sr., died in 2008. She leaves a son, Earl E. Lagerholm Jr. of North Berwick, ME; daughter, Nancy A. wife of Dennis Mulhane Jr. of Sutton; two grandsons, Nicholas T. Mulhane of Sutton and Brandon E. Lagerholm of North Berwick, ME; two brothers, James McKeown of Florida and Douglas McKeown of Maine; a sister, Cecile Shaffer of Maine. Shirley was born in Millbury and is predeceased by her parents, James J. and Irene M. (Blanchard) McKeown.
Shirley formerly worked at Buck Brothers in Millbury for 13 years. She was a member of the M&M Squares in Webster and enjoyed being with her family and friends and traveling throughout New England with their trailer.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery. There will be a calling hour from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the funeral, in the funeral home.
