Theodore Granger

January 2, 1950 — December 5, 2006

SUTTON Theodore E. "Ted" Granger, 56, of 34 Heritage Rd., died Tuesday Dec. 5th in his home, after being stricken ill.

He leaves his wife of 32 years, Joanne M. (Pearson) Granger; two sons, Timothy R. and his wife Aimee Granger of Paxton and Christopher W. Granger of Worcester; two granddaughters, Madeline Louise Granger and Gracie Marie Granger; a sister, Virginia M. wife of Richard Gagnon of Rutland; his mother-in-law, Constance Pearson of Worcester, a sister-in-law, Deborah Schonborg of Worcester; two aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his parents, Walter W. and Louise L. (Goodey) Granger and a sister, Carol Ann Morrill. He graduated from St. PeterTM)s High School in 1969 and was an outstanding player for their basketball team and received many awards, among which was the All City Award.

Mr. Granger was a mason for Granger Brothers Construction and then he was a mason-foreman for G. N. Prunier & Sons until he retired. He was a member of the International Local Bricklayers Health & Welfare Local #1 Chapter 6. He was a member of the Massachusetts National Guard for six years.

TedTM)s calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to Noon Friday Dec. 8th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. His funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
