Theresa Carroll

WORCESTER - Theresa “Terri” M. (Krasinski) Carroll, 85, formerly of Millbury, passed away peacefully at home, after a brief illness.

She was predeceased by her parents, Georgia (Gwozdowski) Krasinski and Anthony J. Krasinski, her husband, John L. Carroll Jr., and her beloved son, John L. Carroll, III. Born on July 9, 1937, Terri grew up in Millbury, MA, and graduated from Millbury High School. She worked as a bookkeeper at the Heald Machine Company in Worcester, and other local businesses. She enjoyed traveling and was fortunate to experience two dream trips to the Hawaiian Islands, and a visit to Bermuda. She also loved the beaches of Cape Cod, and Newport, Rhode Island. A breast cancer survivor, Terri cherished her time with her family and many friends, both locally and at her son’s home in Alexandria, Virginia. With her pleasant and friendly personality, Terri made friends wherever she went. She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, courage, and generosity.

Terri leaves her sister, Shirley (Krasinski) LeClaire, and her niece, Lori (LeClaire) Muhr, both of Grafton; her nephew, Jay LeClaire, of Newton; her aunt, Stella (Gwozdowski) Weldon, of Millbury; a great niece and nephew of Grafton; several cousins, especially Helen (Gwozdowski) Carrignan, of Millbury; and her longtime companion, and best friend, Larry Wardford, of Worcester.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Brigid Church, 59 N. Main Street in Millbury, on Thursday, January 5th at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Brigid Cemetery, Millbury.
