MILLBURY – Tony B. Taraskiewicz, 54, died suddenly Wednesday, June 5, 2013 in Harrington HealthCare at Hubbard, in Webster.
Tony leaves a beautiful daughter, Sydney A. Taraskiewicz of North Oxford; an amazing partner, Rita M. Cardinal of Douglas; four sisters, Jo Warren of Orlando, Sandra Taraskiewicz of San Diego, Amy Taraskiewicz of Charlton and Marcia Taraskiewicz of Millbury; nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Francis "Whitey" and Patricia (Briggs) Taraskiewicz and a brother, Richard Taraskiewicz.
Tony was a jack of all trades and a skilled carpenter, with a passion for buying and mastering tools from the past. He loved riding his Harley and skiing in his free time and was there to answer the call of family and friends. Tony had a kind heart for animals and will be sadly missed by his horses and dogs. He was a member of the Local Carpenter Union 107 of Worcester.
Tony's funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 12th at 10 a.m. in St. John's Episcopal Church, 3 Pleasant Street in Sutton. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are on Tuesday, June 11th from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund for his daughter, Sydney Taraskiewicz, in care of Home Town Bank, 31 Sutton Ave. Oxford, MA 01540.
