Virginia H. (Heidtmann) Bordeaux, 90, died quietly Thursday, Dec. 3rd in her home, surrounded by her family.
Her husband of 49 years, Lincoln H. Bordeaux, died in July. She leaves a son, Lincoln Bruce Bordeaux and his wife, Deborah of Millbury; a daughter, Marsha E. Petrillo and her husband, Peter of Uxbridge; three granddaughters, Laura Petrillo-DeLuca, Jade Bordeaux and Melissa Petrillo; two great grandchildren; a sister, Jean H. Miles of Millbury; nephews and nieces. She was born in Connecticut and raised on Long Island, NY, moving here in 1945. She is predeceased by her parents, Frederick R. and Matilda A. (Walters) Heidtmann.
Virginia graduated from Katherine Gibbs School in New York City and then worked for Joseph B, Cohen and Associates Accounting for many years.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday Dec. 8th at 11 a.m. in the First Congregational Church, 307 Boston Rd. in Sutton. A calling hour will be held from, 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the funeral service, in the church. Burial will be in Howard Cemetery in Sutton. Mulhane Home for Funerals is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church, 307 Boston Rd., Sutton, MA 01590, or the Jewish Health Care Hospice, 629 Salisbury St., Worcester, MA 01609 or to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
