William Eilert, 71, formerly of Millbury and Charlton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by love ones on June 4th in St. Vincent Hospital, in Worcester.
He leaves five children, Andrea Vickers of Westfield, Brian Eilert of Worcester, Shelley Terlizzi of Worcester, Jason Eilert and his wife Winnie of Millbury and Pamela Tarckini and her husband Steven of Millbury; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; his long-time companion, Ginny Bowness. He was born in Providence RI and is predeceased by his parents, Carl and Mary (Nelson) Eilert.
William worked as a professional tool and die maker and formerly worked at Millbury Engineering and Brookfield Machine. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing and hunting, playing cards, building model airplanes and was an avid sports fan.
His calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 11th followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. all in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
