William Graham

William A. Graham, 86, beloved Dad, Greepy and Coach, passed peacefully after a brief illness, Wednesday Jan. 21st at UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

His wife, Camille R. (Colorio) Graham died in 2010. He leaves four children, Patricia Flaherty and her husband, Robert of Millbury, David Graham and his wife, Donna of Northbridge, Gary Graham and his wife, Susan of Hopkinton and Alan Graham of Upton; seven grandchildren, Deanna, Alyssa, Colleen, Elizabeth, David and his wife, Elissa, AJ and Jake.

Bill was retired from Wyman-Gordon in Worcester. In his younger days, he was an avid tennis player but his real passion was coaching Little League baseball and Pee Wee basketball. Over 50 years, Bill coached three generations of Millbury players. In recognition of his service to the community, a street in Millbury was named after him. He loved his wife completely, his children unconditionally, his grandchildren fiercely, and the players he coached devoutly. Bill will be remembered for his unwavering honesty and integrity.

Bill's calling hours will be held on Friday, Jan. 23rd from 4 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury.

His funeral service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 24th at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery in Millbury.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Millbury Little League, Inc. P.O. Box 174, Millbury, MA 01527 or to Millbury Pee Wee Basketball, c/o Kevin Plante, 27 Shirley Ave., Millbury, MA 01527. The family wishes to thank the hospital staff at UMASS for their outstanding care and compassion.
